What we deliver
Finhattan is the technology layer that lets a bank bring its retail clients to on-chain assets and payments, from the institution’s own app and under its brand. It sits between the bank’s core system and blockchain networks, and covers the full journey: wallet, investment, payments and client experience.
The components
- WalletsIndividual per client or omnibus, depending on the bank’s requirements. Keys are generated and used for signing inside its HSMs, physical or deployed in its cloud, and their lifecycle is built into the institution’s security procedures.
- Investment and tradingBuying and selling digital assets and tokenised stocks from the bank’s app: pre-trade checks on price, limits and suitability, routing and execution, and an always up-to-date portfolio and positions.
- PaymentsTransfers between the bank’s clients and payments with regulated stablecoins, within the institution’s perimeter.
- Client experienceA catalogue of components that fits into the bank’s app with its own design, so the client has everything needed to invest without leaving it: real-time market information, with bid and ask prices and comparative charts; artificial intelligence assistants that explain positions and transactions; news and analysis; training to invest with sound judgement; direct communication with the bank and between clients; an investor community of the institution’s own; and video, podcasts and live broadcasts.
- Integration and dataAdapters to the bank’s core system and accounting records: every transaction is recorded with all the data the institution needs for its accounting entries, position reconciliation and tax and regulatory reporting.
- On the same infrastructure, the bank can later offer retail investment in third-party tokenised assets —shares, funds and other instruments— without changing provider or architecture.
